WorkGuard now works for agencies and in-house teams, with clients, a candidate bank and answer profiles.
WorkGuard opened to recruiters this month, with a one-month free trial. It grew quickly to cover hiring managers, in-house teams and your CRM.
NewWhat's new
Video interviews
- Answer profile. Each completed interview now gets an answer profile. It rates six areas from 1 to 5 and shows quotes from the candidate's own transcript as evidence. If an interview has no speech, it says so plainly. Candidates are told about the profile in their notice. 27 September 2026
Clients
- Example client view and view-as-client. A new client dashboard shows a sample until you have real candidates. Recruiters can preview exactly what a client sees. 27 September 2026
- Reminders and outcome emails. Hiring managers and clients get reminders to review candidates. Recruiters can send outcome emails when a decision is made. 26 September 2026
- Clients, hiring managers and your branding. Add clients, give hiring managers their own sign-in link and dashboard, and brand the pages they see with your agency. 23 September 2026
In-house teams
- WorkGuard for in-house hiring. A new in-house version uses your own words: hiring managers instead of clients, and your team instead of an agency. There is a new page for in-house teams and a switch between agency, in-house and care. 26 September 2026
Candidates
- Apply link for each vacancy and decision record. Every vacancy has its own apply link. Each application keeps a readable record of what happened and who did it, which cannot be edited afterwards. 26 September 2026
- Sample candidate. A sample candidate and Team Manager role let you see a finished report before you invite anyone. 25 September 2026
- Candidate bank and matching. Import CVs into a bank and match them to roles by keyword overlap. You can also upload interviews recorded elsewhere to have them scored. 23 September 2026
Integrations
- Works with Pipedrive. Connect Pipedrive from your agency settings and send candidate activity to your CRM. You can choose to bring in the last 30 days when you connect. 25 September 2026

- One-month free trial. The recruiter service opens with a free trial of 30 days or 25 interviews. Team invites, owner filters, candidate CVs and LinkedIn links are included. 23 September 2026

- Work-style check with a wheel chart. The work-style check shows results on a circular wheel. Role fit now uses only validated inputs. 27 June 2026
Video interviews
- Richer reports, PDF and interview types. Reports are richer and can be saved as a PDF or printed. A progress screen shows while scoring runs, there are more interview types, and a microphone meter helps candidates check their sound. 23 June 2026
- Choose how long recordings are kept. Interview templates can delete videos and transcripts after a set number of days. 23 June 2026

- Free interview and work-style site. Candidates can try a self-service video interview and a work-style questionnaire. 22 June 2026
